Accept payments

QRDine supports cash, card, and the most popular mobile wallets in Bangladesh (bKash, Nagad).

Cash and card

Cash is on by default. For card, your waiter swipes through your existing terminal and marks the order paid in QRDine.

bKash / Nagad

Settings → Payments. Add your merchant ID for each provider. Customers can then pay from their phone right after ordering — no app switching, no QR juggling.

Transactions show up under Dashboard → Payments with the gateway reference for reconciliation.

Refunds

Open the payment, click Refund. For gateway payments we issue a partial/full refund through the provider; for cash you just confirm and adjust your till.
