Invite & manage staff

Each staff member gets their own login. Roles control what they can see and do — no shared accounts.

Roles

Owner: full access including billing.

Manager: everything except billing and danger-zone settings.

Chef: kitchen view + their assigned station.

Waiter: orders, tables, and service requests for their floor.

Dashboard → Staff → Invite. Enter the email and pick a role. They get a one-click magic link.

Magic links expire in 7 days. Resend any time from the same page.

For a team of 5+, use Bulk invite. Paste a list of emails (one per line), pick the role, and we send all the magic links in one go.
